The work behind the experience

A booking should start a stay. Not a chain of messages.

The reservation is the starting point for room readiness, guest communication, payments and reporting. Stay is designed to carry that context between teams, so a change does not become another round of calls and duplicate entries.

A clear handover

The next person sees the work, the evidence and what still needs attention.

Step 1 of 3 · Prepare

Where it makes a difference

A clearer view of the work.

01

Reservations & property management

Give front office the reservation, room status and next action together. Keep exceptions visible before they become arrival problems.

02

Guest journey & direct booking

Connect the booking engine to guest preparation, online check-in and the payment journey. A confirmed booking should become a prepared arrival.

03

Operations & handovers

Connect room checklists, maintenance needs and supervisor inspection to the stay. A completed task should leave the next team with a clear answer.

04

Owners & commercial control

Bring distribution, property performance and owner visibility into the same implementation. Managers need consistent answers without rebuilding the picture in spreadsheets.

Part of the connected Katalyst platform

The next team should already know.

Guest context, beyond the reservation

CRM connects the relationship to the stay, so preferences and relevant history can inform the next interaction.

From sale to room readiness

Built around your operation

Start with the work that needs fixing.

Start with the workflow you need. Discuss a focused module, a connected setup or a broader Stay implementation, with migration and support scoped separately.

Built around real hospitality work.

Follow room preparation from an assigned checklist through cleaning and supervisor inspection. Then bring your own handover challenge to a tailored demonstration.

Available to contract. Your proposal defines the launch capabilities, connections, rollout and support around your operation.

A few useful answers.

Do we have to replace our PMS immediately?

No. We first review your current systems and the problem to solve. We can scope the first workflow around an existing PMS. A full migration is planned separately, with the right readiness checks.

Is it for hotels or holiday homes?

Both. The workflow and implementation differ: hotels need room and team coordination; holiday-home portfolios also need unit-level operations and owner visibility.

What can we see in a demo?

We will confirm the relevant working flow or development preview in advance, using sample or appropriately redacted data.
