Katalyst Stay / Operations

Know what is ready. Not just what was ticked.

A clearer working day for the people assigning, completing and checking housekeeping, inspections and maintenance.

Development preview / release validation

  1. Plan the day

    Arrivals, departures and assigned work.

  2. Do the job

    Checklists, evidence and reported issues.

  3. Confirm readiness

    Inspection and follow-up before arrival.

A busy group chat is not an operating picture.

The manager needs an overview. The housekeeper needs the right job. The supervisor needs to know what requires checking. Operations is being built around those different responsibilities, not one screen that gives everyone everything.

See the work around today’s stays.

Bring arrivals, departures and relevant requests into an operating view instead of collecting the picture from separate conversations.

Make the handover specific.

Give staff assigned jobs and the relevant checklist, with evidence and issue reporting where the task needs them.

Keep unresolved work visible.

Distinguish finishing a task from resolving a maintenance issue or confirming a property is ready for a guest.

Current scope · Development preview / release validation

The developing operations workspace includes arrivals and departures, task assignments, checklists, inspections and maintenance workflows. Deployment and real-team acceptance are still being validated.

A few useful answers.

Can the whole team use one login?

The direction is one individual staff account with the right access for each role across entitled products. Shared sign-in is in development. It does not mean a shared password or unrestricted access to guest documents, payments or other properties.

Can staff have different access?

The developing product supports role-based working responsibilities. The rollout must confirm the staff roles, property assignments and information each person should see.

Does a completed checklist automatically mean the property is ready?

Not necessarily. Cleaning, inspection and unresolved maintenance are different operating facts. The workflow should reflect your actual readiness policy.

Is this already released for every operator?

No. Source implementation has progressed, but rollout still requires deployment, configuration and acceptance with the team using it.

A focused conversation

Show us where
the operation breaks.

Start with a checkout, the turnover and the next arrival. This is a workflow conversation for operations managers, housekeeping supervisors and property teams.

We confirm the relevant demonstration or development preview and a suitable time by email. Rollout is agreed separately.
